The New Democrats of Western New York is an organization dedicated to advancing a 21st Century Progressive Agenda for the Buffalo-Niagara Region by electing good Democratic candidates through the use of innovative modern means combined with proven grassroots methods of the past.

Our membership includes elected officials, Democratic activists and campaign consultants with a proven track record of being able to deliver victories in important and difficult races.

The New Democrats of Western New York will not just assist candidates with traditional volunteer and grassroots efforts (though we do that too), but will go beyond that by offering candidates we support the best tools of today to compete effectively in a 21st Century campaign.

RECENT NEWS:

At the last meeting of The New Democrats of WNY held in May the group discussed the upcoming group endorsement process and heard a presentation by Genesee County Democratic Chairwoman Lorie Longhany on key races in Genesee County this year. Also approved was the 2009 Endorsement Survey. All candidates seeking an endorsement from the New Democrats of Western New York must complete the endorsement questionnaire.
